1919 Singer Red Eye

Last month a family friend told me that he had an old sewing machine that his MIL was going to throw away and he wanted to know if I wanted it!  He said he would bring in down the next time that he came in to visit his parents.  He messaged me yesterday saying that he was on his way to his parents!!!  Andrew was out and about yesterday so he stopped by and picked up my new baby!

She is a 1919 Singer Red Eye!  Oh I am in love with her!  Here she is after I cleaned her up.  She still needs a little more cleaning but most of it is done.
This is the cover before the cleaning...
 And the after...
 This is the before...
 The after...
She is missing the bobbin cover so I will have to get one.  She sews wonderfully.  I good solid stitch.  No adjustments at all, she only needed cleaned and oiled.
One more photo before I end this post....  LOL!
Thanks so much for all of the nice emails and prayers for Hunter.  I know he will be fine, as his mother, I just worry.  :)  That's what we do, right?

Beautiful! What a nice holiday surprise!!!

There will be an adjustment for all of you with Hunter's eating changes, and I know it will affect you all, but in the end, Hunter will feel so much better, and it is better to know, and know how to fix it, than to keep going the way you were.

God's got it covered. Hugs and prayers coming your way.
