Just a quick little post to show you my progress! I'm slow but who needs to hurry anyway? :)
I have ALL of my arcs cut, now I just have to cut the background pieces and corner triangles. I've had a few ask about the pattern and ruler, it is from Sew Kind Of Wonderful.
Not sure if I will get to work on it much more this weekend. Mom's job is having a "family fun day" at a little amusement park Saturday and then I have church on Sunday so that gives little time for sewing.
Thanks for all of the nice comments about Richard's new job! He had orientation for 6.5 hours yesterday and starts his actual shifts on Monday. :)

Your blocks look great! This is going to be a beautiful quilt! :0)
Love your progress. Are you going to enter the wedding ring challenge?? If you hadn't heard about it, pop over to my blog, the info can be found by clicking on the Quilting Challenge (Wedding Ring) on my Sidebar.
Oh, Kristie--it is beautiful! Wonderful colors, and the "wedding Ring" design looks great!
I've been gone a few days--did I miss a post about Richard's new job? That is exciting news!!
This is really beautiful. I am a fairly experienced quilter and double wedding ring is on my to-do list, but I admit that I am a little afraid of it. I am going to check out this ruler because I really, really want one made of 30s fabric and one out of Christmas fabric. And Kansas Troubles. And fall colores. :)
Congratulations to Richard and to you all. I know it has been a long difficult journey for you all.
Your blocks look so good that I have ordered a ruler for myself.
Best to you as Richard begins his new job and as the boys go back to school.
