Why "Sweet 16", you ask?? hehehe! I only need 16 more blocks to finish my Love Letter quilt!!!!!!!! Today I have done 4 more blocks so I now have a total of 105 and only 16 more to go! It feels good! I must say that I really needed a break from all of the pinks and browns that I had been working on so long, so I started the Nearly Insane! I love the Nearly Insane quilt and plan to keep working on it also. Mom came out last night and she asked to see my Love Letter quilt, I showed her what I have done on it and she loved it, she said that she figured that I would have it finished by the time that she came home. Which I probably would have if I hadn't started the Nearly Insane, but she loved it too. I plan on doing a few more blocks tonight, or at least trying to.
I also got 3 of my Nearly Insane blocks finished! I am loving this quilt too! Sharon sent me some blues to help out with my quilt. I don't have a link for her blog but Sharon if you read this, please let me know what the name of your blog is. We had emailed back and forth a while back and I truly appreciate the blues. When I started this quilt, I thought I had more blue on blues or blues and creams than I actually did, but with 98 hard blocks in it, it will take me a while to finish it anyway.
I'm off to do some more sewing!!!!!

I love all these blocks. Wish I could sew like you - unfortunately the sewing machine and I think differently.
Glad to hear that Richard found a job.
I love both quilts - that would be a tough one for me to decide which to work on. I cannot believe you only have 16 blocks left to do - it hasn't seemed like that long ago that you started...
