Trying this blogging thing again

So I’m going to try this blogging thing again! Lol life has been crazy busy the past few years that I have found that I miss blogging on a daily basis.  I will fill you in on all the going on’s as I get back to posting.

I am currently working on this baby quilt for a customer. She requested these fabrics and this design.  It doesn’t really have a pattern name but I cut it from a homemade template that someone gave me. It works out really well and it’s cut from 2.5 inch strips. I need to trim the edges straight and get it quilted very soon. Obviously I will post finished pics.
A few other things that I’ve been working on are these embroidered keychains. I have done a couple of shows lately and my stock is running low plus I had a few special orders. I will post pics later of the other items that I sell at the craft shows. Funny because I am a quilter but nothing I have in my booth is quilt related lol

Then today I practiced on a few cinnamon stick Santa’s. It’s been 20+ years since I have made them so these don’t look the best 🤷🏻‍♀️
Received this magazine in the mail today!  I really like this cover quilt!  I would love to make it at some point.
I also fell in love with this quilt! I love Cheddar! I have made two cheddar quilts in the past but sold both of them. I would love to make one to keep for myself
I also thought this was cute! Don’t know that I will get around to making it but it’s cute.
Now this little doll baby is how I spend most of my time now lol. I would not trade my time with her for anything.  This is my little granddaughter Everleigh. She is 16 months old now. Andrew, his wife, and Everleigh are currently staying with us as they have bought a piece of property and will be building a house. They both work full-time so I watch Everleigh full-time! We have a wonderful time with lots of playing and snuggles every day.

Welcome back-again! I always liked your blog so I encourage you to keep me entertained. Not sure if you will get this as I don't blog and not sure how to not be anonymous!

I’m so glad that you will be blogging more regularly! Seems like so many people prefer Instagram, but I’ve never really liked Instagram. By the way, I made those cinnamon stick Santas years ago. They are so cute. They last forever! A couple of years ago I bought a snowman version. Also very cute!
