Demolition Derby Weekend!

I sure hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend. On Saturday we took the boys to watch the Demolition Derby!!! We had a wonderful time! Actually I can't wait for the next derby! The whole even lasted around 6 hours!

The first event of the day was the Riding Lawnmower Derby! Of course after watching that, Richard and the boys were ready to come home and build one. :) I could not believe how hard they were hitting each other with those things.

Also here is a little video of the cars! This one car was just so funny to see, it was smashed!

We were very tired after watching it all day but we did have lots of family fun!

Today Richard and the boys went horsebacking riding at the lake. And I finished quilting my quilt that I had on the frame and went to mom's. Mom and my sister were babysitting my brother's 3 kids! So I went out to help them and to play with the kids!

I will post a photo of the quilt that I finished quilting in the next post. I still need to take a photo of it!
