No photos tonight but have good news!!!! First off, Andrew got his driving permit today!!!!! He was soooooo happy! He smiled all the way home! Now I'll have a hard time keeping him home! :)
My other good news is.....Richard, my hubby, aced his college entrance exam!!!! Yep! You read that right, Richard is going back to college!! Starts next week and he is going into the NURSING field! It was something that we had talked about for a while now. He is very excited! Actually we all are! It will be hard for him at first, I'm sure, he will be 40 in July so he has been out of school for 22 yrs! But I know he can do it!!!
Now back to me! :) hehehehe! Feeling a little better and doing a little sewing at the machine. Still working on my String Diamonds. Right now I have 80+ of them done, I think I need 35 more to have all of the diamonds done.
Off to do some laundry!!! :(

Oh wow thats wonderful one happy teen , a hubby who is going after his dream and Mom feeling better ,what more could you ask for .Your family has been blessed .
Well Congratulations to your DH... I totally understand going to college at 40 something, I went for my first time ever when I was 43! Two years ago did two semesters. It is scary but it was fun too. I think us ahem older students make great students we are usually pretty serious about being there...
I have been working on my string/spider web quilt today.
That is wonderful news! Andrew will be king of the road! and it's never too late to go back to school! There is always a need for nurses! I'm glad that things are going so good!!

My husband is an RN. He went to school for it in his 30's, when we had five young children. You guys can do this!

Just catching up after a long absence. Congrats to Andrew and Richard both - a new beginning for both of them. Also, I still have a quilt I'd like to send to have quilted for a March 5th birthday. I don't know how far out you are already booked. Does that sound like a possibility? If so, when should I send it to you?
