First Row Together!

I'm still putting along on my blocks! One more done! I know that is not alot but one is better than nothing! At least I can see the end in sight!

I needed a little change from doing the blocks so here is what I did....I sewed the first row together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It sure feels good to see it going together! I didn't have room in the house to get a good photo of the first row so I took it outside and pinned it on the gate. You can see Autumn and Jingle Bells behind it being nosey! I think they were a little confused about what was going on!

I didn't do my block in order, I just bounced around on them, so I have a few more to do before I have the second row ready to sew together. May work on that later this evening.

Your blocks look great! I love the horses in the background too! I sewed my blocks together for the CWD quilt as I thought it would help me with color placement. Of course I only have one complete row done, but I am working on the second! I sure don't have as many competed as you do!

You're so creative! I love the quilt blocks displayed on the gate! Seeing a row done makes it seem like you're progressing more than just seeing the individual blocks. I bet it feels good to see it coming together.

Hi there, I hope this works I can never seem to get my comments up on your board!!!! First of all LOVE the quilt. Which particular quilt is this?? Also... I was browsing your quilts(A-M-azing) and I stumbled across a denim quilt backed with flannel. This is EXACTLy what I want to do but I wonder what sort of wadding you used or did you with the natura thickness of the quilt.
Have a great autum day
