I know that it has been a few days since I have posted but you know sometimes life gets in the way and things happen. I just haven't really been much in the mood to post or quilt for the past few days. This is one of those times that life throws you a little speed bump, I guess, but things will get better soon. And thankfully, I have some wonderful friends and family to lean on. And no, no one is sick and I'm not getting divorced or anything like that! :)
Anyway, sometime over the weekend I made this block for my Love Letter quilt. This now brings me up to a total of 67 blocks for this quilt.
I'm thinking that I will spend the evening cleaning up my sewing area and maybe I will get inspired to do a little bit of sewing!

Aww Kristie, sometime we do need a break from sewing/quilting to recharge. Hope the mood stikes you again soon. Love how the quilt blocks are coming along, that will be one beautiful quilt. Are you planning to hand quilt it or will you send it out for quilting?
Dear Kristie I hope you will cheer up soon.
No worries! Quilting and posting is our hobby....shouldn't have any guilt attached to it. Glad to see you are fine and another great block there! Cleaning my sewing room inspires me and folding and refolding...ok...and fondling my fabric does too!

Glad to see you back online. I missed you!

Hey Kiddo...been worried about you!
Take it easy and talk about what is bothering you - if you want and if you don't we will understand...because we care for you and love you all the way to Kentucky.

you don't need to post daily, you have a very active life!!! Lovely block!
Kristie,
I hope this this is just a little bump and that all is ok! I hope tomorrow is better than today and that things start to look up for you soon!
Your quilt blocks are beautiful!
Everyone needs time to recharge and rejuvinate. Saddle up and take a long ride...that usually helps me.
This block is just as gorgeous as the others.

It's been a great "blogging perspective".
You need a break sometimes. I don't know how you have went at it so long. You do so much. Get rest and hope to see you Monday at quild meeting.
I've been wondering where you were. Take care of yourself so that you can handle all the bumps along the way.
Thinking of you and hoping for a smoother road ahead. Sometimes bumps cause us to reevaluate and look for something better on our path. Let us know if there is anything we can do.
Hope your feeling a bit better ,we all have those down days ,chocolate helps or ice cream .Maybe thats why I'm not losing any weight LOL .Your blocks are great i can't wait to see this quilt when it is finished .
