72 down and 49 more to go!!! Yipee!!!! With these three latest blocks I only have 49 more to go! I feel like I am finally seeing the end of this baby! I know I still need to do the other 49 blocks, sashings for 121 blocks, add borders, and quilt it but at least I know the end is closer than it was... :)
I also finished my bag today for the stitchery bag swap! I forgot to get a photo of it before I packaged it up! But it is finished and that makes me happy.
Other than a little bit of sewing not alot going on here. I have been very tired and sleepy the past few days...just stress I think. So I am back to napping everyday.
Hunter joined Cub Scouts a few weeks ago! He had his fisrt meeting on Monday. He really seems to like it. They have meetings every Monday at 5:30pm in town. Gives him something to do and it is good for him. Andrew has a field trip tomorrow with FFA (Future Farmers Of America) I have to take him to school early, the bus will be leaving before school starts and they will be going to Morehead. School started in August and I think he this will make him 3 field trips already! Oh and Hunter got is mid-term today! He is in 1st grade and has all A's!!! :) Andrew should be getting his mid-term within the next few days! He is also a great kid! Andrew has never made anything lower than a B. I am very proud of both of them.
Opppps! I just realized that I only put 3 block photos on here, I actually made 4, I will load it on the next post, but I still have 72 blocks finished!!!
I guess that is all for tonight, I need to finish some laundry and try to go to bed.

You are making steady progress! That quilt will be done in no time :o)(or at least not toooo long)
Some more pretty blocks! I want to make that quilt. Doubt if I would ever get it finished. Sounds like the boys keeping you busy.

Congrats to Hunter for a terrific midterm - and you are really coming down the homestretch on this quilt - you ought to take a picture of them all together! Looks good.

I was in FFA in High School and it was a really great club. I learned a lot about leadership and public speaking there. Love your blocks! Can't wait to see the rest of them.
I know I've said this before, but with those colors this is going to be a gorgeous quilt!
Another great bunch of blocks...
Been thinking of you..take care... and rest when you need to.
Hugs julia
