Sewing right along!!

Sewing right along today! Actually, I got to sew a little bit yesterday and the biggest part of today! I am still bouncing back and forth between my CWD and the CWLL quilts. Just thought I would take a little break and post a few photos!!!

These first two blocks are for the Civil War Diary quilt. This first one is not perfect, but sometimes DONE is better than PERFECT. My white strips didn't line up exact but I'm not going to redo it. These two have 40 and 45 pieces in the 6 inch blocks. Harder than some, but easier than others. This also makes me 55 blocks on this quilt. 55 done and 66 more to go!!!!

These three go with my Civil War Love Letters quilt. These were very easy blocks! I have a total of 13 of them done now. So I still have a long way to go on it.

Late last night, I ordered more repro pinks and browns!!!!! I can't wait to get them in. Hopefully, I will get them by the end of the week!!!!!

I plan on sewing more tonight and taking my progress so far to our quilt guild meeting tomorrow for show-and-tell!!!!

Lovely, Kristie! Lovely pinks and browns for CWLL - my gosh, how many will you need. You must show your newies when they come.

You are so motivated - these are beautiful - and I am so UNMOTIVATED to sew. Maybe tonight...or maybe tomorrow - we'll see.
